From the organiser
- All sales are final unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
- Please arrive with a valid ticket/QR code and a valid ID where required.
- Entry may be denied for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
- The organizer may adjust the lineup or schedule when necessary.
Doors and timing
Doors open an hour before the start time on your ticket. Latecomers are admitted, but sets do not restart.
Entry and ID
Your QR is the ticket - a screenshot works. Bring photo ID if the event is age-restricted.
Transfers
Send a ticket to a friend from My Tickets any time before doors. The old QR stops working the moment it moves.
Refunds
If the organiser cancels, you are refunded in full, automatically, to the method you paid with. No form to fill in.
Re-entry
Once you scan out, that QR is spent. Ask a steward for a pass-out before you leave if you plan to come back.
Access
Tell the organiser what you need and they will arrange it. Step-free routes and companion tickets are free.
